Another partner of ours, Monsieur Truffe had a humble beginning back in 2006 when it was a one-man operation in Prahran market only to grow and include stockists all over Australia in addition to a selection of online stores.
They have a vast variety of products all of which use organic ingredients and are wrapped in environmentally friendly packaging. We use the following from their line:
Zokoko Artisan Chocolate
Another partner of ours who is a premium artisan chocolate maker specializing in single–origin dark chocolate. It is one of only a handful of companies in Australia to work directly with growers to import the finest quality cocoa beans and use vintage, artisan equipment and traditional methods to roast, mix and mold the chocolate in small batches, creating truly unique chocolate bars. Another partner of ours is a locally owned family business on the Tasman Peninsula. Maurice and Helen Curtis the owners, have a passion for chocolate that goes beyond just flavour as they believe the best chocolate will change the world. They are not just chocolatier but chocolate makers and lovers. Therefore, you can be sure that their chocolates are handmade with love.

Caramel Nougat Milk Chocolate (out of stock): It is made with real Australian almond nougat pieces throughout the chocolate, caramel sauce and blended milk chocolate base. It is a chewy caramel delight.

Coffee Almond Milk Chocolate (out of stock): Made by hand at the Federation Chocolate factory using Australian ingredients. If you love coffee and you love milk chocolate with crunchy Australian almonds, then this the chocolate you will LOVE.

Coffee Liqueur in Milk Chocolate: Milk chocolate blended with coffee Liqueur, it melts in your mouth releasing the flavour of coffee liqueur and chocolate at the same time.

Hazelnut in Milk Chocolate (out of stock): Toasting the hazelnuts to perfection just before adding to the Milk Chocolate is the key to a full hazelnut flavour. Using the best hazelnuts and chocolate creates this nutty classic.

Honeycomb in Milk Chocolate: This chocolate is made to please if you love honeycomb. Delicious honey flavoured crunchy pieces of real honeycomb are folded into milk chocolate to create one of all-time favourites for many chocolate lovers.

Roasted Cashew in Milk Chocolate (out of stock): First, the cashews are roasted to perfection, crushed slightly then folded into milk chocolate. Cashews create an added creaminess to the chocolate and that lovely nutty undertone.

White Delight: For vanilla lovers, each bite of this chocolate is sure to satisfy your pallets and give you a taste of real vanilla. It is made with the finest ingredients.

Chilli Cinnamon Dark (out of stock): Made with a minimum of 56% cocoa and just the right amount of cocoa butter to give you that creamy texture, this is high quality dark, sugar free chocolate blended with chili and cinnamon. With a smooth, velvety texture which is rich and satisfying, this dark chocolate starts with an undertone of cinnamon as the chocolate melts on the tongue. Then you will sense a touch of spice at the back of the pallet as the chili comes through which will leave you with a heated glow. It is dairy, lactose, milk protein free and suitable for a vegan diet.

Origin Australia Dark 70% : This single origin uniquely exquisite chocolate is made from cacao that is grown in Far North Queensland, Australia. Made from Australian grown cacao and sugar cane. It is gluten and dairy free.

PNG Tas Walnut 74% Dark (out of stock): The amazing single origin chocolate from the cacao fields of Papua New Guinea. The beans are dried over open fires giving the chocolate a touch of smoke and lingering to a creamy rich chocolate base. It is dark, rich and with the addition of Tasmanian Walnuts. It is gluten and dairy free as well as vegan friendly.

PNG Tas SeaSalt 74% Dark: The amazing single origin chocolate from the cacao fields of Papua New Guinea. The beans are dried over open fires giving the chocolate a touch of smoke and lingering to a creamy rich chocolate base. It is dark, rich and with the flavour enhancing addition of Tasman Sea salt, a world renowned salt harvested from the pristine waters off the east coast of Tasmania.

PNG Dark Hazelnut 74% Dark (out of stock): The amazing single origin chocolate from the cacao fields of Papua New Guinea. The beans are dried over open fires giving the chocolate a touch of smoke and lingering to a creamy rich chocolate base. The addition of freshly roasted Tasmanian Hazelnuts brings out a sweet nuttiness in the chocolate along with rich hazelnut flavours. It is gluten and dairy free as well as vegan friendly.

PNG Dark 74% Cacao (out of stock): The amazing single origin chocolate from the cacao fields of Papua New Guinea. The beans are dried over open fires giving the chocolate a touch of smoke and lingering to a creamy rich chocolate base. It is dark, rich and amazing. From the first taste you can feel the richness with a slightly bitter undertone but a smoothness that is outstanding.

PNG Cacao Nib 74% Dark (out of stock): Organic cacao nibs combined with chocolate created from the descendants of the original Criolla and Trinitario beans to create amazing depth of cocoa and chocolate flavours. It is gluten and dairy free as well as vegan friendly.

Australian Milk Bites: The 45% Cacao Milk Bites is made from beans grown in the rain forest region of Far North Queensland. It has a chocolate flavour like no other. It is rich, deep and uniquely Australian.

Orange Ginger in Dark chocolate: It is combined orange pieces and ginger to dark chocolate to give a special flavour sensation. In tasting this chocolate, you will think you are only sampling an orange block but as the chocolate melts over the tongue, the orange will begin to fade and the ginger remain. There is no magic tricks there, just flavour and real pieces of orange and ginger.

Salted Caramel Milk No Added Sugar: Starting with creamy milk chocolate, sea salt that has been harvested from some of the freshest waters in the world from the east coast of Tasmania is added and then a good dose of caramel to finish. It is a real treat and a decadent taste bud experience. It is gluten free and no added sugar.
Jasper & Myrtle
A small chocolate maker company based in Canberra, Australia. Created by Li Peng Monroe, the name was chosen because of its Australian origins. Jasper is a semi-precious stone found in Western Australia where she spent many years, while Myrtle is commonly found around Northern New South Wales where Peter, her partner and co-owner of Jasper and Myrtle, comes from. All of the company’s chocolates are handmade from cacao beans imported from Peru and Papua New Guinea. New beans are also being sourced from cacao growing regions such as Vietnam and Bougainville, PNG.
