The amazing single origin chocolate from the cacao fields of Papua New Guinea. The beans are dried over open fires giving the chocolate a touch of smoke and lingering to a creamy rich chocolate base. It is dark, rich and with the flavour enhancing addition of Tasman Sea salt, a world renowned salt harvested from the pristine waters off the east coast of Tasmania.
